GRATITUDE: It's Like an Anti-depressant
Whenever you feel down, like nothing is going your way, like you've reached the end of your rope or you're not good enough.
STOP 🛑 and DO THIS...make a GRATITUDE LIST ✍.
Find your quite place 🧘🏽♀️ and write down 📝 everything you are grateful for at that exact moment.
Once done, take a look at it👁, I mean, really stare at it👁👁👁. It has the un-canning ability to take the edge off, to make you feel more at ease. It helps to return your #feelgood moment(s).👍
Keep doing this daily. Gratitude changes everything and is a healthy habit to practice.
I am grateful for?
Waking up this morning.
Having water to do laundry. Yes, as simple as that sounds, some of my friends won't be too happy with me right about now, there are water issues. 🤫 But I am happy & grateful, please don't kill me, I'm still your friend.🤗
Sitting and having breakfast with mummy.
Being at home on a Monday. Nearly everybody I know hates when the weekend ends and it's back to the grind on a Monday. I usually feel that way too. Luckily for me, or un-luckily for me, depends on how you look at it, I have been at home for a few months now. I went through a job redundancy last year. So for now, I am extremely grateful for the 'no work' Mondays. You all can chide me soon enough. For now. I am enjoying E-V-E-R-Y moment of it. 😆😛💃
My mummy doing the dishes for me today. 😬
